  Ausim is the BEST Sandwich artist ever she is so very consistent every single time she makes my sandwich she gives the perfect amount of toppings and even amount of toppings, the perfect amount of sauce, and always listens specifically to my order, even when it's busy. She is so very friendly always, such a sweet person and I extremely appreciate her kindness and the care she takes with my food. Always efficient and very kind; even when very busy; she never lets stress get to her! She should be acknowledged for her efforts .

  Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an online order and regret it completely. If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff was very rude and had no sense of professionalism or customer service. They were dismissive and didn’t communicate properly at all. To make it worse, they didn’t even have all the ingredients available but still accepted the order. No apology, no effort to fix anything. This place seriously needs to improve how they treat customers. Very disappointing and not recommended.

  I ordered online and honestly would have given zero stars if that was an option. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They clearly don’t know how to speak to customers or handle basic service. On top of that, they didn’t even have all the ingredients available, which is unacceptable when you’re taking orders. There was no courtesy, no apology, nothing. The overall experience was very disappointing. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

  Really good service from Baljit. She’s a superstar. Super friendly, great attitude and great skills. She double checked and made sure everything is perfect. Overall a really good experience talking with her. I got to know that the restaurant closes at 2am and I felt super proud of these hard workers because it gets so scary at night but they are standing there to serve food. Kudos to her and everyone else working so hard and instead of crying about it, they are living the moment and still spreading smiles. Keep up the good work 🙏🏻❤️

  I had a really disappointing experience at Subway. I ordered a veggie patty footlong twice today and once yesterday, and every time the patty was still frozen inside. When I asked the employee to properly grill and toast it, they refused. I also asked to speak to the manager—first they said they would call, then later told me the manager didn’t pick up. No effort was made to fix the issue. On top of that, the employee was very rude and the service was extremely disappointing. Serving frozen food and refusing to correct it is completely unacceptable. I gave this place multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently poor. Definitely needs serious improvement.
