She accidentally put ranch on my sandwich when i didn’t ask for it, I asked her to remake it for me and she said she was unable to do so because they were closing in 20 minutes. She was on a call the whole time with her airpods in barely listening or answering.

The worker there did not even apologize, instead she raised her voice on me when I was explaining we wanted 3 orders of their “Meal of the Day”. I was talking to her nicely when she started raising her voice on me! Of course, I will get mad because I worked in retail service for 25 years and that is not how you talk or treat your customers. You should always resolve the situation and not make the situation worse!!! The older lady (I were not able to get her name) working there today, April 17, 2026 at around 3:15pm, did not explain to my children what comes with the meal of the day, but the first time we walked in my children already mentioned we want 3 meals of the day. When we are paying the lady confused them with the side options so my children just said no because they did not understand what she was saying. She rushed and confused my children and charged them in a hurry because there are other people waiting. I did not even want any refund. I just want to let her know that we were charged wrong, but instead of apologizing, she blamed my children and raised her voice on me!!! I am talking nicely to her, but since she doesn’t know how to show respect, she doesn’t deserve any respect either! We will not be coming back to this store ever again!!! I will also tell my family and friends who love Subway to not go in this location because of their very bad service!!!!!
