  This store is close to my work and has been supporting the offices nearby when they have events. Food is great. Friendly staff. Would 100% recommend!

  Every time I visit the Gateway Subway, I'm always greeted with a smile. What a great way to start or end your day! This location sees a lot of foot traffic and orders for pickup. A busy location does not slow Jashan down. She is quick on her feet to ensure a quick in or out experience. Check out Gateway for a great sandwich experience & a happy crew!

  The guy working tonight at 11pm May 13th had terrible attitude towards customers and didn’t read the orders correctly. The pickup time wasn’t accurate, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes and he even got my order wrong. I had to tell him what’s suppose to go on the sandwich. One old lady came in wanting to order at 11:50pm and he was very rude towards her saying “what do you want?” I understand it’s closing time but still be professional and do your job correctly. Won’t be coming back to this location. I truly love subway and rarely have terrible experience like this.

  I ordered 4 footlongs online, and they were basically just bread — there was barely any meat or vegetables inside. This was really disappointing. I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a veggie patty sub, and everything about the visit was poor—from the food quality to the customer service. First, the staff member didn’t even greet me. When I started placing my order and asked for cheese & herbs bread, she responded rudely saying they only had white and brown. When I asked about multigrain, she suddenly said yes. The same attitude continued when I asked for white cheddar cheese—again, a blunt and unhelpful response. The sub itself was made very carelessly. The vegetables were not added properly, and it felt rushed and poorly prepared. The worst part was when I asked to have the sub cut into smaller portions—she pressed down hard on the sandwich with her hands while cutting it, completely squashing it. At the end, when I asked for a small paper bag, she rudely said they didn’t have any and just threw the sub into a large bag without any care. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. The food quality, attitude, and service were all unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.
