  Great grocery store with fresh produce, quality products, and friendly staff. The store is always clean and organized, making shopping quick and convenient. I shop here every week and consistently have a positive experience. The selection is excellent, the shelves are well stocked, and checkout is usually fast.

  The sardar security guard at the main doors standing inside the shop in the mornings is busy chatting away the whole day on his Bluetooth earbuds and didn’t listen even when I called him 3 times to ask for help.

  I had a frustrating experience at the meat counter today… (May 4th around 7pm) The staff member repeatedly asked me “WHICH ONE?!” without clarifying or elaborating that she was referring to the three individual steaks on display. Since I don’t shop for meat here often, I initially assumed she would just select one for me, especially since the steaks looked nearly identical to me (they appeared to be cut to the same thickness from the same ribeye slab on display behind the counter). I had to repeat my request several times that I wanted the ribeye steak while she giving me ugly stares before realizing what she really meant… When she finally handed me the steak, she simply placed it on the counter without much interaction. I said thank you politely, but she responded with a quick “bye bye” and quickly turned around and walked away immediately. As I was the only customer at the meat counter, considering there wasn’t anyone there waiting be served. I just don’t get why she has such a rude attitude, not to mention the initial dismissive look on her face before the entire interaction. The overall experience here felt dismissive and unfriendly. I also noticed similar comments from other customers, which makes me concerned that this may reflect a broader issue with customer service at this location. I would not go back here to shop meat again. The only reason I didn’t leave a one star review is because the checkout staff are actually friendly and handle things nicely.
