  Cashier shideh did the service ...showing lots of facial expressions towards a customers and not even listening what we are saying ...billed so many things unwantedly...we keep on have to tell her what's the correct one ...still ignoring ..got delayed at the Counter .. even though we are telling her so many times...why she is not listening...

  Clean and full with items. Most of time we went this store to get Birthday Cakes. Reasonable price.

  I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday, and when I received it, it was uneven and poorly made. Unfortunately, the taste was extremely disappointing. The cake was dry, and the frosting tasted like pure grease rather than cream. I was embarrassed in front of my guests because of the poor quality. It was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of money.

  Lisa is so great!!! She saw us walking out with a jar of pickles and stopped us to ask if we had tried the new deli pickles. We sampled them and needless to say she made us regular customers of the new deli options. The woman working the deli (South Asian woman) was also super kind in letting us sample the new products. We’ll definitely be back and switching from Bick’s to the deli pickles!

  Hi save on foods newton, please do better with customer service when people are buying happy things. I just wanted to buy a bouquet for my mother today for mother’s day and quickly walk out. The cashier with name tag rose who was wrapping flowers by self checkout this afternoon had the nastiest attitude towards me. Now I’m not expecting omg hi hello all of those every where i go but atleast the person can talk like a normal human being rather than being rude for no reason.
