  I was charged $9.55 for a bunch of celery, when I called the store the employee argued with me saying celery is a weighed item, which it is not, only individual stalks are weighed. They took my money by over charging, customer service is lacking on a large scale. DO BETTER SAVE ON, YOU FAIL US ALL WHEN YOU STEAL FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS!

  I’m a regular customer at Save-On and shop here often for everyday items. Unfortunately, my experience with staff has frequently been disappointing, and my visit today was especially concerning. At around 8 PM, we went to the floral section and had to wait approximately 10 minutes for assistance. When the staff member, who identified herself as a manager named Prabhleen, arrived, her behavior was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. It was surprising to see this level of interaction from someone in a leadership role, especially when basic customer service expectations were not met. This experience was particularly disappointing as I was with a friend visiting for the first time, and I had been speaking highly of Save-On. Instead, the interaction left us both shocked and questioning the standard of service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken. Customers expect not only efficiency but also respectful and professional treatment, especially from management staff.

  Please, pay special attention on training the personnel working at self-service checkout. No rude, unpleasent behaviour to clients should be tolerated!! My complaint referres to a worker (woman) who worked on evening shift from 8:40pm till 9pm on 28.04.27 at self-service checkout. Thank you!!

  Noticed a fly in the baked goods section. Went to pay for my groceries in self checkout. Wanted to buy and load my groceries but the computers only prompt for bags at the end. Strongly recommend updating your systems, Save On.
