  Gunveen at the Customer Service Desk is truly amazing. She always has a positive attitude and greets every customer with a genuine smile. What stands out most is the patience, kindness, and respect she shows—especially to elderly customers. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and never makes anyone feel rushed. Her calm and caring approach makes people feel comfortable and valued. It’s clear that she genuinely enjoys helping others, and her professionalism and compassion make every visit a pleasant experience. She is a wonderful example of outstanding customer service.

  I recently had a custom bouquet made by Sherry at the Save on Foods florist, and I couldn’t be more impressed! She absolutely nailed it, the arrangement was stunning, creative, and exactly what I had in mind. Sherry was wonderful to work with and clearly has a real talent for her craft. If you’re looking for a custom bouquet, ask for Sherry, you won’t be disappointed!

  I want to recognize Ishan for the absolutely incredible customer service he provided during my visit to Save-On-Foods. The store was extremely busy, lines were long, and you could tell it was a very chaotic. Even in the middle of all that chaos, Ishan remained calm, professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind to every single person he interacted with in the line before me. What stood out immediately was his attitude. While many employees understandably seemed overwhelmed and exhausted from how busy it was, Ishan still had a huge smile on his face and treated customers with patience and respect. He never made anyone feel rushed, ignored, or like an inconvenience and this was the highlight of my day. He was a 5/5!!
