  I was at This saveonfoods on 188 and Fraser Hwy on Tuesday after work and spent $270 on groceries for my elderly parents at self checkout. Before you can start another transaction you have to make sure everything is back in your cart and off the table. A worker reminded me that I still had dog food in the cart as I was about to pay and I told her that I was paying for that with another card. No problem. Then a few minutes later after I had put all the groceries back in the buggy. I took out my wallet to start a new transaction and an employee named Kennedy came up and asked if I was going to pay for the dog food and she could do it for me. I couldn’t believe it the first time was ok but the second time was uncalled for. If I did not need the dog food I would have just walked away. I ended up not buying the $15 worth of bones I had gotten for my dogs. So disrespectful to a customer who had done nothing wrong and already explained myself. She could have just watched me to see what I was going to do instead of causing a scene. I had my debit card in my hand when she approached me. I don’t understand. Too bad I will not shop here again. I called the store twice and no manager was available.

  I had a problem with a couple of giftcards that I’d purchased and I was worried that it may be a hassle to deal with but David was able to help me sort it out quickly and easily. Thanks!
