What a crappy store. Washrooms are locked. To get in, you need a code. To get a code you need to get into a line to customer service.

I’ve been buying water from them for 8 years now. Today was a terrible day for water sales… I have had leaking bottles, dust all over the bottles. Clearly they don’t take sanitation seriously no more. I would like to see the facility that they come from and the truck they are delivered in. Because it is far from a clean facility. Lately water had been tasting like soap the odd bottle. Clearly not rinsed properly. Primo is in charge now and the quality has plummeted the last two years. Also the Save On service is completely and utterly a joke, when you have an issue they don’t care. As the last two years have been terrible, sometimes I needed to buy an extra one coming home from work, so I don’t make the extra trip and waist of fuel to grab the bottle from home and head back. So today I finally caught up with all my bottles and decided to bring 8 in and get 4 back. So the first staff member was like “no you can’t return more than you take” and I was like that doesn’t make sense at all. You’d think they would want the return regardless as I know that’s the deal with Primo. Save On would have lost a lot of money if it wasn’t the deal…. So the assistant manager and the manager came out to double down on this stupid policy. I asked them very simple business questions and gave them a very short lived lesson on economics. But they insisted that I should take a loss of my $40 and I can just give them the extra bottles…. In a time when people are struggling and big companies care about the environment. Save on practices anti environmental policies as they stomp on the struggling people that they owe their success to. The Manager Chis Abraham was an almost threatening person. As soon as I started giving a basic economics class, he threatened me and said I don’t want to walk down that path…. Almost comical if he knew who he was talking to…. But the assistant manager Frazer chased me down at the end after I purchased 8 bottles…. (Which I don’t need, but I figure I can donate to someone whom needs them, rather than giving Save On my $) Frazer then tried to give me coupons for bottles after he seen me pay and leave…. Management is an absolute nightmare here. You have managers that don’t actually know company policy till they look it up, and after buying food from Save On for over 10 years. This is the absolute last time I’m going to Save On. What should have been a quick fix from the manager, was a more brutal slap in the face than life itself right now. I’m going to donate my full bottles to a family in need. But I will warn them about the brutal service at Save On and to do what you can to avoid at least this one!

Nicely organized, good variety of high quality products and great service. However, some common packaged products are more expensive than other stores.
