  Terrible customer service from the elderly gray-haired cashier named Deborah. If she hates her job so much, she should do us all a favour and retire already. I’ve been shopping at Save On Foods Fleetwood for over 20 years, and I have never had such a horrible experience until today. I spent over $320 in groceries today, and she didn’t even bother to follow standard protocol such as asking for my points card, asking me if I want any bags, and asking if I want to redeem any rewards points. She just scanned the items and flung them across the counter after scanning them, making them slide to the end. She even slammed some items down on the counter with a loud smacking sound. She spoke to me only once, just to ask if the apples I was purchasing were Gala or Macintosh. And even then, she spoke into the air rather than look at me and speak directly to me. I have never been treated with such disrespect, and her behaviour is especially disgusting because I never did or said anything to provoke that type of behaviour. She needs to stop making customers feel so unwelcome.

  Numerous times have to tell them to clean their shopping baskets . Told one staff member today as he was stacking the baskets that they were filthy and his response was that they were not bad and told me to search through the pile and pick out a clean one. 😡

  Worse experience ever there is an old lady with orange hair & grey hair shoulder lenth. She is so rude didnot even know how to speak politely with anyone her face is always looking angry and she didn't want to focus on her job instead she is busy with her another friend. I think she don't want to assist anybody so plz dont take help from her .

  Judy from Deli dept was so helpful! Drove a long ways for something and she helped me find it and packaged it. Great service from Judy! Thank you.

  I was overcharged by almost $22.00 at this store even though I kept telling the cashier that he over charged me. He told me the item has been cancelled and it will not appear on the final bill. Sure enough the item was not removed and the cashier told me to go to Customer Service to deal with it to waste more of my time. The employee at Customer Service indicated that human error happens even though I mentioned this error several times! This has happened to me before where I was overcharged and I didn't notice it until I came home and didn't have time to go back. Will not go to this location again! Very bad service!
