  This location doesn’t deliver anymore, make the update on the app. It’s annoying to have to place the order only to get notified half an hour later that the order could not be processed. We even called them up and they didn’t seem to care.

  Poorly made and burnt. I saw that the reviews were bad but thought ordering for carry-out might make a difference. I was wrong. Barely any toppings and when I went back to ask if she put extra cheese that I paid for, she lied to my face. Why pay for it then? Cheese definitely wasn’t extra, burnt, hardly on as you can see around the edges. I’ve ordered from diff Papa John’s in two provinces and the pizza is a lot better than this. Waste of money. I don’t think this franchise owner cares about quality and they seem to cut corners on toppings.

  I visited this location today with my son, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The female employee’s hands looked visibly dirty, and she had long fingernails, which did not seem hygienic at all for someone handling and preparing food. She was also constantly talking on her phone instead of paying attention to us. She repeatedly asked questions because she wasn’t listening, and before I could even finish answering, she would go back to her phone conversation. There were no other customers in the store — it was literally just my son and me — so this was not because the restaurant was busy. We waited around 10–12 minutes, and our order had not even been started. I normally enjoy Papa Johns and have had their Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust pizza before, which I really liked. But after seeing the lack of hygiene and customer service today, I did not feel comfortable having food prepared there. I cancelled my order and left. I hope management takes this seriously, especially when it comes to basic food hygiene and customer service.
