Haven't seen such immature and rude people in the food industry. I recommend never going there as it is evident they are least bothered about customer service

When i call her back her tone was so rude and arrogant she said i gave u but you were with forks nd stuff . Very poor customer service . If i forget she also not call me back… if she saw that customer forget .
- FFFête&CoJul 23, 20261.0This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Mucho Burrito. The service I received from Manpreet was extremely disappointing. She was rude, unfriendly, and made me feel like I was a burden instead of a customer. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and no effort to provide good customer service. To make things worse, my burrito was wrapped so poorly that it was already opening and falling apart before I even started eating it. It was messy, looked carelessly made, and did not meet the quality I expect from Mucho Burrito. Good customer service and properly prepared food should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope management looks into this and provides better training so customers are treated with respect and receive food that’s prepared with care.
