The food was fresh not old really fresh after I finish my meal and paid. Yes, it was close to closing time—but that’s absolutely no excuse for the way we were treated. The staff (both the guy and the girl working) were completely uninterested, unwelcoming, and frankly rude. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. The food was even worse. I ordered loaded nachos… and they came out with NO CHEESE. How does that even happen? It looked like they didn’t want to make it properly from the start. On top of that, I ordered a creamy queso and specifically asked (and PAID $2.50 extra) for additional queso—only to get barely anything. I was literally charged for something I never received. $20 for this? Completely unacceptable. This place is an absolute scam. Poor service, careless preparation, and zero accountability. Management seriously needs to step in because this is not okay. Save your money and your time—DO NOT GO HERE. And definitely warn others too.
