  I usually don’t post any bad reviews about anything, but unfortunately had a pretty bad experience with Manager named Priya. She has zero costumer handling skills. Asked for a mango refresher with extra syrup, was refused by saying that it is not possible. She doesn’t know how to take orders properly, and also the kind of attitude she had is totally unacceptable. Asking directly to talk to General Manager, as if she doesn’t care. Please pay attention on this, being a manager myself, I know this is not what we are supposed to do. For someone who doesn’t know about the drink I have attached a picture. Whoever is the General Manager here, please pay attention with Priya (her name mentioned by another manager on floor) specifically. How can someone like her be a manager. And not even exactly extra, that I asked for. The drink that she had made was light as water. Management can even check the cameras.

  Absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life. We placed 2 orders. My order consisted of a chicken burger & fries. It took them 15 minutes to make this order. My partner ordered 3 meals (for herself, her daughter & her daughters friend). This order took almost 25 minutes. On top of this they cleared our orders from the screen then had to ask us what our order numbers were then began scrambling around trying to figure out my order. There was a guy here to pick up his online order & they basically started his order the moment he walked in the door. My chicken burger was basically thrown into the box. I had to assemble the burger myself. My drink cup was only filled slightly over half way. My partner ordered a sweet chilli wrap & got a ranch wrap but at this point we were so pissed off with the gong show taking place in this location that she just ate it and didn't complain. While standing there waiting for my order a gentleman came in saying that he didn't get his full order when he went through the drive-thru. The people here are completely clueless. I would highly recommend going to a different location.

  Wrong orders, no straws, no hair nets, no gloves, honestly took their time making our food ordered at 10: 25, it is 11:30 and finally got our order and yet it's still cold and wrong sandwich

  Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too! Such a rude employees who every was working window on April 16th at 11 at night shouldn’t be working window anywhere at a job! I’ve been to so many McDonald’s and this is the worst by far! Don’t go here drive 5 min to the other one!

  I am a delivery driver with SkipTheDishes, and I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. On the 9th at 1:58 AM, I parked my car and went to the walk-up window to pick up an order for a customer. I chose this option because there were already two cars in the drive-thru, and I didn’t want to waste time waiting when I only needed to collect the order and leave quickly. However, the employee informed me that I was required to go through the drive-thru instead. I found this policy confusing and inefficient, especially for delivery drivers who are simply picking up orders. It caused unnecessary delays and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I hope management reviews this policy and considers a more flexible and efficient system for delivery drivers.
