    I went in and used the men's washroom, there was no toilet paper when it was needed. I called the store 6 times and no answer. Sat there about 20 minutes until I had to just get up and go to the counter. They took their time getting more toilet paper and the guy who brought it out was laughing. On top of all that my mcdouble felt like ut was sitting out because the bun was hard. Super ridiculous, wont be coming back to this location. Also the printer at the kiosk didnt work and there was a bar of soap in the toilet. I feel like I could write a book about how bad this experience was, holy.

    I like that pop machine is working,napkins,salt pepper etc all available without asking. My orders always correct. Handicap doors not always on, and kiosks not always working or dirty screens. 4.5 stsrs

    Placed an order at this location @10:10pm, was in line for a good 20 minutes. Got my order, instead of the spicy grilled chicken burger, they gave me the crispy chicken burger. It’s not about food anymore, it’s the matter of principle. I stood back again in line for about another 20 minutes.(not even exaggerating) I go up to the window and tell her I have the wrong order, can I get my grilled burger instead. She said they don’t do that. I LITERALLY JUST PLACED IT ONLINE, and why did noone say anything before? Why was I just given something else without being told? Mistakes happen, I understand but this is ridiculous. And then she said I will get the money back and can she get the crispy chicken burger back too. Which is also fine. But noone apologised, every single person in line was annoyed due to the wait. The guy in front of me also got his order wrong. After all this, I said no problem. Can I get the cancellation receipt? She printed some random receipt that is not even mine and gave it to me and before I could say anything, she shut the window. So I did not get a refund, she took the one burger I had and I was sent out without food or my money or a curtesy apology. This is absolutely not acceptable. I understand mcdonalds does not care if they loose a customer but definitely not going back here. They just disregarded my existence and sent me on my way without food after waiting all this time. Feels great.

    The food was not fresh i ordered two sandwiches and on large fries but only got small fries and the patties were not fresh as well even was really soggy i ordered from doordash even the dasher waited for 10 minutes extra still got the bad food.. totally unacceptable….

    One of the disgusting mcd I’ve ever been to, very poor customer service, My visit to McDonald's today was a really frustrating experience. The cashier, Mateo, was incredibly rude and gave us major attitude when we asked for a simple change to our order. We paid $20 for just two burgers and two coffees, and honestly, it gets worse. When we got our food, the burgers barely had any sauce, and the coffees were packed with ice. When I asked Mateo about the sauce, he just snapped that "this is one pump, and this is how much we do," adding that if we wanted more, we'd have to pay extra. He also flat-out refused to put less ice in the coffee. I'm genuinely confused – since when have these policies been in place? It feels like different McDonald's locations just make up their own rules, which is completely unfair.
