    Terrible! Asked me to wait in the parking lot. Waited 15 minutes and then got tired of waiting and went to go inside. Met girl at door but I didn't think it was my order because missing mcflurry, so then they had to make me one. Waited so long decided to eat in the parking lot - everything was ice cold! Also didn't get a straw in the bag. Wasn't going to bother trying to get them to rectify it. I hadn't eaten McDonalds in almost 2 years and it will probably be another 10 before I ever bother again.

    I Visited McDonald’s and had a really great experience because of a girl name Tarun. She was polite, friendly, and handled everything with a positive attitude. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you for being so kind and professional!

    My family came through the drive-thru at this McDonald's at 11:47 pm on May 8th, and the worker Kamalpreet, who was training a female staff member, was very polite. Even though he was training the female staff member at the drive-thru window, he ensured that we were not held up and the service wasn't disrputed. Since our order was quite large, we were asked to wait in the stall. We received our order at our vehicle from another female staff member who was also polite. While we were pulling out of the parking stall to leave, Kamalpreet ran up to our vehicle with ketchup because the female server who gave us our order forgot to give us the ketchup. He made sure our order was complete and accurate.

    I went to this McDonald’s and had such a disappointing experience. I ordered 3 burgers, fries, poutine, and 2 cold drinks for takeout, but the staff served everything on a plate. When I politely asked them to pack it, the employee said they charge for bags. I said that was completely fine, but then she rolled her eyes at me and handed me a bag to pack the food myself. If you don’t like your job, then why work there? Basic customer service and respect should still matter. Later, my boyfriend ordered from the drive-thru and they literally handed the food to him in his hands — no bag, nothing. If bags are chargeable, at least ask customers beforehand or simply add the charge. Serving food directly into someone’s hands is unacceptable. On top of that, the staff preparing food were not wearing gloves or hair nets. There seemed to be no concern for food safety or hygiene. I also work in a food restaurant, so I understand how important work ethics, greetings, and proper service are. Unfortunately, the staff here were rude and unprofessional throughout the experience. My honest suggestion: better to avoid this location unless customer service improves.

    I am writing to report a concerning customer service incident that occurred on April 21, 2026 at approximately 12:32 PM involving a team lead/manager at your location. The issue began over a dispute regarding a mobile order versus a pickup order. During this interaction, I was overcharged approximately 2.5 times the correct price for an item. When I brought the error to the attention of the team lead/manager, they refused to correct it properly and instead stated, “you can use the code next time.” This response was not acceptable. A customer should not be expected to accept an incorrect charge and wait for a future visit to receive the value they were owed. I had to stand firm and specifically request a full refund so that the order could be reprocessed correctly. What made the situation worse was the team lead/manager’s attitude afterward. They rolled their eyes and walked away, which came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. It is important that both the franchise owner and McDonald’s LLC do not tolerate this kind of behavior. Situations like this are exactly how businesses lose customers and damage trust. Customers should be treated fairly, respectfully, and with professionalism, especially when the business has made a billing mistake. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately so that other customers do not experience the same treatment.
