    Today 07.04.i went to the women washroom very bed not toilet paper and on the toilet seed was blood that's how they care about customers 🙄

    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received while picking up a Skip order at your restaurant. When I arrived, the order was already prepared and clearly sitting on the counter. Despite this, your staff refused to hand it over immediately and kept me waiting for an unreasonable amount of time without any valid explanation. This delay was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. As a delivery driver, every minute matters. Your staff's lack of urgency and professionalism wasted my time, delayed the customer's order, and negatively affected the overall delivery experience. I expect McDonald's to provide better service to delivery partners and ensure that ready orders are handed over without unnecessary delays. I request that this incident be investigated and that appropriate action and staff training be provided so that other drivers do not have to face the same issue.

    Today we observe an old lady a senior staff member speaking to employees in a very harsh and disrespectful manner, which was uncomfortable to witness. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and basic respect at work. We also noticed that this affected customers, as we were unable to eat our meal properly due to the situation, while employees were being scolded continuously in a very unprofessional way. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures a more positive and respectful workplace culture going forward.

    To the Area Manager / McDonald's Head Office, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my visit to your restaurant at approximately 8:30 p.m. today. When I arrived, there was an employee named Thea at the front counter. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes waiting to place my order while she was leaning on the counter and using her phone. During that time, I had to ask her three times to take my order before she finally acknowledged me and served me. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I ordered two Junior Chicken Meals, which normally take only 5–7 minutes to prepare. However, I ended up waiting approximately 15 minutes for my food. What made the situation even more frustrating was that my order appeared to be ready, but the kitchen staff were busy talking, laughing, and socializing with each other instead of serving waiting customers. While I was waiting, I asked Thea twice about my order. The first time, she completely ignored me. Only after I asked again did she finally hand me my food. No apology was offered for the delay or the poor service. To make matters worse, a woman entered the restaurant, and the entire staff suddenly became focused on her. They greeted her enthusiastically, laughed with her, and even hugged her while paying little attention to customers who had been waiting in line and for their orders. Whether she was a friend, a manager, or someone they knew personally, this behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and served in a timely manner. Instead, I experienced long delays, was ignored multiple times, and watched employees prioritize social interactions over customer service. I respectfully request that the Area Manager and Head Office investigate this incident and take appropriate disciplinary action against the employees involved. Staff should be reminded that their responsibility is to serve customers professionally and respectfully, not to ignore them while using their phones or socializing. I hope this matter will be taken seriously so that other customers do not have to experience the same poor level of service. Sincerely, A Very Dissatisfied Customer

    Order a chicken, big Mac meal and when I pulled over to eat, I figured it out. It was beef so then I went back and got the right meal and they didn’t even provide sweet-and-sour sauce even though I paid for it so I had to go back in.
