  I came here for a coffee but had a very bad experience. A customer was using his phone at a very high volume, which was very disturbing. Even worse, he brought an electric scooter inside the restaurant and was charging it. This is a major fire safety risk and should not be allowed in a public seating area. The staff saw this but did nothing to intervene. Management needs to take safety protocols seriously. I did not feel comfortable or safe here.

  We almost wait for your order for more than 15-20 minutes it was under the name of Ravneet firstly the main counter staff lady start fighting with door dash driver without any reason and refused him to give him order afterwards she provides him the food with attitude and rude behaviour after that when we get our food and come to home now we seen that there was no gravy at all in my poutine i attaching a image here at the order time was near 9:50 pm just if the staff have any quiery I don’t suggest any one to visit there Its a zero service rating and rude of environment area

  I was shocked to see employees handling food with bare hands and no gloves. It looked very unhygienic and made me uncomfortable eating there. Cleanliness and proper food handling should be taken much more seriously. Definitely not the standard I expected from McDonald’s.

  One of the staff members was quite rude during my order. When I asked for a meal, she said she couldn’t make it and told me to order something else. So I ordered a burger and a drink separately. Then she told me I could also add fries — which is basically the same as a meal — but still refused to give me the meal option. On top of that, when I asked for a tray to eat, she said the trays were not cleaned and refused to give me one. The soda machine was also not working. Overall, the service was poor, unprofessional, and frustrating. Based on this experience, I don’t plan on returning.

  Low rating simply because of what I saw. I never paid attention to the prep area at McDonald’s before, but since I had to wait for fries, I kept noticing things. I don’t know the official McDonald’s standards, but I believe the people preparing burgers are supposed to wear gloves. I saw a lady preparing burgers with bare hands. I was super hungry and in a rush, so I deleted the event while I was eating my lunch. What are the standards at McDonald’s? Is using bare hands okay? If so, it’s simply wrong.
