- JSJAIPREET SHARMA3 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this McDonald’s location today. I ordered an ice cream through the drive-thru, and it was very poorly made — the ice cream was uneven, broken from the sides, and looked rushed and messy compared to the quality I normally receive here. After parking my car, I went inside politely to show the employee the issue. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee responded with a rude attitude and disrespectful behavior. She grabbed the ice cream from my hand and aggressively threw it into the garbage right in front of me before making another one. Her facial expressions, tone, and overall treatment were completely unacceptable. Mistakes with orders can happen, but treating customers with disrespect is not okay.

I bought burgers for my children, but the staff had an extremely rude, harsh, and disrespectful attitude. They showed absolutely no responsibility or customer service. Instead of listening or trying to help, they kept staring at the screen and ignored us completely. I politely asked them to replace the burgers because there was a problem with the food, but they refused without even caring or properly checking the issue. Their behavior was very disappointing and unacceptable, especially toward a parent buying food for their children. I left this place very upset and with a terrible impression. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of these employees. I expect a refund for the money we paid because this level of service is completely unacceptable.
