    Very disappointing experience today. I ordered a sandwich and specifically asked for sauce, but it was missing when I received it. When I brought it up, the staff were not helpful and told me that “every restaurant has different rules,” which didn’t make sense for such a simple request. Poor customer service and lack of attention to basic details. Not satisfied at all.
