    Manager was completely useless. Handed him a coupon for their new refreshers/ dirty sodas. It was a BOGO. He Looked at it like he had no clue what it was when there was a stack of them on the counter in front of him. He told us to wait so he could go check how to ring the order in. Came back and said he will do it this time because they were for the new refreshers and not for smoothies. WE DID NOT ORDER SMOOTHIES!! Clearly says refreshers on the coupon. Holy smokes . He literally looked lost.

    Well you sure can tell when the corporate manager is here things are done properly as soon as the corporate manager is gone who's trying to fix this place they go right back to their old ways

    This message is for head office. This location does not follow standard operating procedures of McDonald's, in specific on skip orders. What they do at this location is on ALL orders, including walk-up customers orders, is to print a paper ticket and then clear the board even though the order is not ready and work off of Paper Tickets. They do this to hide their performance from head office and I have seen plenty of total meltdowns of those Paper Tickets getting lost misplaced and not done in the order it comes in. Skip and McDonald's computer talk to each other now because McDonald's does not want to pay wait time on the drivers and they don't know where the problem is. Because they clear the board they are telling the skip computer it is ready when it is not. Other McDonald's do not do this. Then they tried to give me a story how drivers don't show up for a half hour and my response to that is they are talking about Uber and doordash not skip where they don't have problems getting drivers to do stuff like the other two. And the reason why Uber and doordash drivers don't accept that location is because they take too long and nobody wants to service this location. On skip we don't have a choice if we want to keep our performance data up. This place needs serious scrutinizing from head office.
