  Very Slow!! Also they clear orders before the food goes out so they don’t have to work as hard & so that headquarters doesn’t realize that they are just a bunch of slackers!!!!!

  I don’t visit McDonald’s often but when I do I am glad that I have easy access to this location’s drive thru. The staff is always friendly and patient, the food is fresh, and any modifications I request to the sandwiches is correct.

  Their customer service is genuinely cooked . I saw that there’s a big board put up by city about renovations there, as I tried entering today their Supervisor ( most probably) the Phillipino woman( and I don’t mean to sound racist at all ), told us that the store is closed today , nothing else , just that store is closed . As I was walking by 20 mins later it was clear that the store was very very open and that people were entering from the side door. If you don’t like having customers at the store, don’t work there then. Was so excited to try the new drinks and this experience genuinely ruined it for me

  Horribly ran on the weekends. We had a lady in leadership at 10am give us attitude and roll her eyes when we asked for our missing coffee. Upon checking through our bag we had also found it was missing 2 hash browns. When I had asked for those she again gave a *sigh* and didn't even say "sorry". Next time we see her and get the same treatment, we will contact head office directly and let them know about her people skills.

  I visited today (April 16, 2026), and my experience was very disappointing. One of the staff members wearing a mask was extremely rude to customers. While waiting for my order, I could clearly see into the kitchen where one male staff member (wearing a turban) and two female staff members were talking among themselves in Punjabi and appeared to be making fun of customers. Additionally, I noticed that gloves were not being used while preparing burgers, which raises serious hygiene concerns. The staff were also giving uncomfortable looks, and their responses to customers were unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, this reflects very poor customer service and lack of proper management. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed promptly.
