Had a double cheeseburger here in the middle of the night and they were pretty fast. Great quality too.

Normally have no problems with this location but I went through the drive through yesterday, ordered just a McChicken and it had no bottom bun haha. Not sure how that happens!

I’ve given this place a year but they can’t seem to get their ___ together. I get it it’s fast food, but it’s the convenience we go there for, but here it’s almost always an inconvenience. First few visits the last year they always, always forgot at least one item in your bag. I even asked the guy at the drive thru, “are our chicken nugget sauces in the bag?” To which he confidently responded to saying yes they’re there. Guess what? They weren’t. I walked in and picked up the 4 sauces with the nuggets we had which took about 5 minutes because nobody tends the counter. Then we went there around September/October of last year. They crank the A/C so high, it’s impossible to stand there let alone eat there. We had 2 options, either drive the 15 minutes home and eat cold food, or just eat in the cold there. Within seconds if unfolding our food wrappers the food is ice cold because the temp in that place is so darn frigid. We went again just a couple days ago, we decided to go to the park across the street to eat since they have no outdoor seating there, but standing and ordering our food was so painfully cold we quickly ordered and stood outside in the heat instead. 20 minutes later the food was finally ready so we took our bags and drove across the street and ate in the park there. It’s almost like they strive to create as much annoyance and discomfort as possible, from food items ill prepared, cold food, missing items they def get a gold star for poor service. Perhaps train your employees from whatever manual the workers at another more successful location are trained with, cause this Mickey Mouse operation is horrible.

I visit this McDonald’s almost every workday during my afternoon break. I always order through the app before I arrive, and my usual order is one medium Iced Oat Coffee and two medium Iced Coffees. Today, none of the three drinks had any sweetener. This has happened before, and every previous time I simply went to the counter, politely let them know, and they added the sweetener without any issue. Today was completely different. I politely explained that the sweetener was missing. Instead of helping, the employee immediately asked if I had added sweetener to my order in the app. I replied that regular iced coffee normally comes with liquid sweetener, and that I order the exact same drinks almost every day and they always have sweetener in them. Instead of fixing the problem, she handed me a tiny cup with a small amount of liquid sweetener and told me to add it myself. I politely explained that the amount dispensed by the sweetener pump is much more consistent than the tiny amount in that cup, especially when it had to be divided between three drinks. I simply asked if they could pump the sweetener into the drinks the way they normally do. She refused, told me to do it myself, and actually walked away while I was still speaking. I had to call her back, and then another employee (who I believe had made the drinks) came over. Since the first employee had walked away, I had to explain the entire situation all over again. I only get a 15-minute break at work, so this was incredibly frustrating, but I remained polite throughout the conversation. The second employee insisted several times that the sweetener had already been added and kept telling me to “stir it.” I drink these coffees almost every workday. Of course I stirred them before asking for help. They simply were not sweet. I politely asked if they could remake the drinks or just add the sweetener with the pump, but she kept repeating that it had already been added and told me to pour the sweetener from the little cup into the drinks myself. After going back and forth several times, she finally took the drinks to the back and returned them, saying she had added the sweetener. When she handed them back, she said “stir it” again in a very rude and dismissive tone. By then my break was basically over, so I had no choice but to leave. I wasn’t asking for special treatment or exceptional customer service. I was simply asking them to correct a mistake with my order. At no point did I raise my voice or accuse anyone of anything. I remained respectful the entire time, yet I was treated as though I was being unreasonable for asking them to fix something that should have been corrected in the first place. To be honest, the interaction left me so uncomfortable that as I walked out, I even had the unpleasant thought of whether someone might have tampered with my drinks. No customer should ever leave a restaurant feeling that way. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and this was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because no customer should be treated this way for politely asking that an order be corrected.
