They don't cook the food
The meat is pink to almost bloody
All the chicken are pre cooked in a microwave oven for the Tuesday special..
I felt odd and off since coming to this location.. 😕😔
When walking in the store it looked pretty clean. With no people inside, I expected more than having to wait for 10 minutes to for the cashier to actually take my order… The cashier seemed surprisingly drained and annoyed to take my order despite no one being in in the store. After waiting around 15 minutes for my relatively basic order, the chicken was incredibly soggy, at touch the skin felt mushy and gross. I think this is mostly due to them putting the chicken under the rest of the meal. The taste wasn’t a pleasant experience either. The fries were fairly crispy and well seasoned and the popcorn chicken was the same as usual. Disappointed…

“My experience at KFC in this location was positive. The staff were polite and welcoming, and they provided quick service. The restaurant was clean and organized, which made the dining experience more pleasant. Overall, I was satisfied with both the service and the environment. Highly recommended😇.

I want to highly appreciate Ms. Tisha at KFC for her outstanding customer service; she was incredibly polite, welcoming, and efficient. The rest of the staff was also great and provided wonderful support, making it an excellent experience overall!

We should start raising funds so manager Harleen can attend kindergarten again and learn basic manners, etiquette, and customer service 🤦♂️😅💸 Came to KFC for a meal 🍟 🥤and accidentally got served a side order of attitude for free 🙃💀 If Harleen was actually the manager, then that was a very surprising example of customer service 😭 On top of that, I wasn’t even given a receipt 🧾❌ which felt strange because a receipt is a normal part of any transaction 🤔 The whole experience was disappointing and honestly left me wondering what was going on 😵💫🍿 If anyone had a similar experience report to KFC customer support. Plot twist: the attitude arrived faster than the customer servic 😭🤦♂️
Bonus tip: if you're going there late at night, bring a big bottle of sanitizer too 🧴😅 because the vibes were making me question everything at that poi
