  Very slow place waiting 20 mins to receive my food from the drive way! Insane. Meanwhile it’s supposed to be a fast food services.

  The food is good, but the restaurant seems seriously understaffed. There are only a few employees handling both the front counter and the drive-thru, and many orders are backed up, leading to long wait times. The staff are working hard, so this doesn’t seem to be their fault. I hope the owner considers hiring more employees so customers can be served faster and the team isn’t overwhelmed.

  Absolutely terrible experience! DONT COME IF YOU DONT HAVE AT LEAST AN HOUR FOR THIS "FAST FOOD." We came here because they are right next to the movie theater. We had 40 mins before movie start and my wife and 2 daughter decided to come for dinner. We ordered 12 piece chicken, some fries, popcorn chicken and gravy. The lady told me the spicy chicken will take 20 mins but everything else is ready. I told her I will have 6 spicy To Go, and have the rest eat in right now. After 20 mins not seeing my food, I checked in with her, she went to the back to get more frozen chicken to be fried. After another 10 mins, she said "I am sorry there was a 14 piece order before you, but I just throw chicken and it will be ready in 10 mins. Me: "you told me 20 mins ago that the spicy ones will take 20 mins and everything else is ready, now everything is 10 more mins after the 20 mins ive already waited?" "I am sorry, but someone just bought 14 pieces." We asked for refund as we are going to be late for our movie in 5 mins, she had to get a "manager" to refund. After 40 mins of waiting, we got our refund. But no dinner for another 2 hours before we finish our movie. I guess theres always $40 popcorn for dinner? Don't come if you have a movie lined up, even though its only 3 mins walking distance from the movie theater.
