  We only bought a few stuff and we have to wait 20+ minutes for it. And alot of the tables were dirty. When we were ordering from the machines they asked us to give tips like they arent even giving any service so why do you want us to give you a tip?

  Placed an online order then drove to the peninsula location arrived 15 minutes to pick up my online order. Saw my number and name on the being prepared list 3rd from top. After another 15 minutes of waiting and 8 customers served while I sat at the counter waiting finally asked and was told was coming soon. Then took another 13 minutes to finally get my food order, total time now 45 minutes for an online order that should have been ready when I arrived. Terrible service communication and always takes 3x longer to get your order. And my order was incomplete when I got it home to sit down and eat. Called the store and was told manager would call me in 40 minutes that is now 48 hrs ago. I don’t recommend ordering from this place.

  Ordered delivery, and once again they got the order wrong! How do you get an online order wrong when I’ve selected what I want? Burger was dry with next to no lettuce and usual toppings. Wrong drink sent, and no ketchup even after selecting the number of preferred sachets. It really feels like there’s no quality control here and no desire to get orders right! #rantover
