  Food is good Just waiting time is insaneeeeeeee longgggggg I could have bought fresh chicken Went home and cook same thing much more quicker

  This place is simply awful. The management & service are abysmal. The restaurant is filthy and it’s never cleaned. The washrooms look like a truck stop on the highway. The homeless addicts outside and inside add to disgusting atmosphere. They pick & choose what specials to offer. They are rude and dismissive. I will never come here again. Zero customer service; they won’t take your order. They make you use their kiosks; while they just sit in the back. The chicken was cold and bland. All breading and zero actual chicken meat. This is why KFC is my last choice for chicken; I’d rather go to Popeye’s or Mary Brown’s. Just go away into oblivion KFC, your time has passed. **Update** My bf just came home and was sick. DO NOT EAT HERE!

  The staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately, the service was quite slow. I placed my order through the app about 20 minutes in advance, but my order was still approximately 30 minutes late. I understand that it can get busy, but I was disappointed that ordering ahead didn’t seem to make much difference. Hopefully, the store can improve its order preparation and staffing during busy periods to reduce the waiting time for customers.

  The owners need to see their employees performances. I was there to pick up the food and ordered 30 min before i reached there. When i went inside the only staff at reception saw my order and disappeared back in kitchen and talking to other staff laughing enjoying as if there is plenty of free time, after 15 min she came back and said 5-7 more minutes. I mean is this a fast food restaurant? Other food chains are better. And please bring quality in hiring your staff stop employing non professionals
