  We ordered a 10 piece original recipe chicken with 3 sides, 1 fries and 2 macaroni salads. Because we were going to the beach, I asked for 5 plates at which point the person behind the counter hummed and hawd. I then asked for 5 forks. He said we have no forks. Then another person came over and said their vendor never sent any. Like really, no forks! I said how are we supposed to eat our salad. I asked for manager and he said he was, and I said not good, not good business. We paid for our bill which was $45.00 with no forks 😡 Went to the Indian restaurant next door for forks, she said $1! Like really! We gave her a quarter and she took it! What is a matter in this world!! We ended up going to the beach and our son-in-law had allergic reaction to whatever. He asked a complete stranger for Benadryl. They happened to have it and gave it to him. They never asked for money, they didn’t ask for anything. They just gave it to him. Do better KFC, do better. Like go buy forks at the dollarama two stores down! You just lost any future business from us and all of our friends!

  This KFC is hit and miss. Sometimes its very clean and sometimes its a mess. Sometimes the staff is very friendly and sometimes they're not. Its very slow but the food is good.

  I’ve been to this KFC a few times, and the service is always slow. Even ordering at the front takes way longer than it should. One time I waited over 20 minutes just to get some napkins. The employees looked at me a few times but never came over to help, so it honestly felt like I was being ignored. It was frustrating because it would’ve only taken a few seconds. They should really add a self-serve napkin dispenser so customers don’t have to wait for something so simple. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was pretty disappointing. I hope the service improves.

  I’ve ordered from this location 10 times, and somehow they’ve managed to disappoint me 10 times in a row. At this point, it’s honestly impressive. Every visit I tell myself, “Surely they can’t serve dry chicken again.” And every visit they prove me wrong with absolute confidence. The chicken is so dry it feels like it was cooked during the previous administration and reheated for today’s customers. Somehow it’s also soggy at the same time, which is a level of culinary confusion I didn’t think was possible. I’m not even angry anymore—I’m fascinated. Maintaining this level of consistency for ten straight orders takes dedication. This place has taught me two things: 1. Hope is dangerous. 2. The definition of insanity is ordering chicken here and expecting a different result. Ten visits. Ten failures. That’s not a bad day in the kitchen—that’s a business model. Yeah and I took my fine time to write this review.

  I almost never leave negative reviews, but this KFC has finally pushed me to the point where I feel I need to. On my most recent order, they tried to pass off a tiny wing drumette as a drumstick. When I pointed it out and asked for a replacement, they refused and insisted it was a drumstick. I’ve been eating chicken for over 40 years. I know the difference between a wing drumette and a chicken drumstick. They’re not even close. If this were a one-time issue, I probably wouldn’t bother writing a review. The bigger problem is that every order seems to come with some kind of issue. They’re constantly out of items, substitutions are common, and ordering from this location is almost never a smooth experience. This latest incident was simply the last straw. Between the poor service, the constant stock issues, and the refusal to correct an obvious mistake, I’ve completely lost confidence in this location. I will never order from this KFC again, and I would not recommend it to others.
