Worst place I have been recently!! Rude and unprofessional staff, especially the girl taking the orders.

If there was an option for 0 i would give that. Rudest staff ive ever encountered!! my little sister got yelled by the staff for something she didn’t even do!! it was simply a guy hitting the table lightly. And they got our order wrong and she just denied it. Do not go here if you want good food!!!

Got the food about an hour ago, placed an order over the uber and there was some lady on drive thru who served the order, when we asked her can we have ketchup and mayonnaise. She said its already in there but there was honey mustard which we never asked about. She seemed so impatient and a bit rude. Other than the food, only diet coke was good. We will never ever go there again.

I had a very disappointing experience with my order. I ordered my meal through Uber and waited about 30 minutes. The Uber app then showed that my order was ready, so I went to KFC to pick it up. Since the restaurant was closed, I had to line up in the drive-thru and waited another 10 minutes. When I finally reached the window, I was told that my order was still not ready. If the order wasn’t ready, the app should not have shown it as ready. I ended up waiting around 40 minutes with no clear communication. I hope KFC can improve their order preparation and communication with customers.

Honestly, one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had. I ordered the Hot Chicken Sandwich Combo, and it took almost an hour just to prepare the food. When it finally arrived, everything was completely cold. The fries were soggy, the bun was soggy, and the taste was honestly really weird. After waiting that long, getting cold and soggy food is completely unacceptable. Definitely not ordering from this location again.
