  Just did order on kiosk it was big crunch meal there is no any cutlery in it also ordered dipping sauce and didn’t get it . Its second time happening this .It’s not worth spent 30 dollars . Never recommend this place.

  Manager or owner, please read this and take note of it. The employees never pick up the phone for DoorDash order special requests and they never pick up period. Whenever I come to the restaurant in person I ask them to make fresh chicken with me and they say that they cant. I ask them why and they start talking back to me and arguing why they cannot make fresh chicken. I am appalled by this service. I just placed an order on doordash now and because there is no way to make special requests I have tried to call them 5 times. Dear manager or owner, please do something about these employees. With all due respect, they should be making fresh pieces for someone if they ask for it. Some people don’t want to eat chciken that was sitting there for over 20-30 mins usually.
