  We ordered chicken tenders and repeated our order three or four times to make sure it was correct. Despite confirming the order multiple times, we were given nuggets instead. The employee at the drive-thru window seemed very absent-minded and unaware of what was happening. When we pointed out that our order was incorrect, he called over another staff member who was very rude and unprofessional. I then asked to speak with the manager, but the person who claimed to be the restaurant manager was equally rude and unprofessional. At no point did anyone apologize for the incorrect order. Instead, they continued to argue with us rather than trying to resolve the situation. To make matters worse, the person who said she was the restaurant manager refused to provide her name and was not wearing a name tag. The service we received was extremely disappointing. I hope higher management looks into this matter and ensures the team is better trained in customer service and professionalism. Guests should be treated with respect, and situations like this should be handled with an apology and a willingness to make things right.

  Worse place to order food if you go inside. They give first preference to drive through because time counts there. Had to wait for my for long time because I ordered inside and drive through was getting first preference. This branch is going down day by day.

  Extremely dirty, order was very inconsistent and slow. Three hard shell tacos all different, we sat at the only clean table out of 10 tables.
