  Bought a popcorn chicken and a sandwich, extremely over priced. Tasted the food, chicken quality horrible genuinely felt overcooked and raw at the same time, wasn't able to finish anything but the bread. KFC is a fine establishment but do NOT go to this one.

  TERRIBLE SERVICE. Take out order placed at 6:33, and at least 20 minute wait for my order. Wanted Cole slaw and macaroni salad for sides, and neither were available. People that came in and placed their order after me relieved theirs before me. Nothing happened till I asked the clerk what was going on, he told me mine was coming right out. Fries weren't hot, corn so so. Waste of money for quality and service received.

  Honestly, avoid this location. I spent almost $50 here for me and 3 guests, and the lobby was completely empty when we ordered. We ended up waiting half an hour. I went up and asked the staff twice if our food was ready, and both times they just lied and told me "4 to 5 minutes."When we finally got the food, it wasn't even fresh or hot from the fryer. It was so bad we couldn't even finish it and had to throw away a box of the popcorn chicken. To make it worse, I complained to corporate (ticket 5NSNYH) and they admitted the store messed up, but refused to refund me because the order was "accurate." Totally ridiculous customer service. I had to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back.

  Worst KFC ever if you want your food to be really cold come here or you wanna waste a lot of your time then definitely come here. I can order from this KFC drive to the Langley one order then pick up my food. Come back to this location and I guarantee the food still not ready.

  Dinner time and I get a 4 piece original chicken. Dry dry dry. Old chicken. Reheated and terrible flavour. Shame KFC.
