I tried your food twice, and both times it had a very strong smell of old and repeatedly used oil. This is very concerning because repeatedly heated oil can produce harmful compounds that may pose long-term health risks, including potential cancer risks. Please use fresh cooking oil and take your customers’ health seriously.

No complaints with food or service quality but management needs to staff the location adequately to accommodate Uber orders with drive through especially evening and night time. I went last night saw the poor lady working hard and she was very stressed as people kept hassling her to hurry up. If you can invest in renovating the building then invest in more staff and hours so one person doesn’t have to deal with the general public and their pestering. They are not paid enough to deal with disrespectful people.

The food at this location is pretty good if you sit inside and dine in. The prices are pretty high for what you get, but it tastes good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at KFC today, thanks to Aman, the manager. I was having a hard time deciding what to order, and Aman was incredibly patient, polite, and helpful. She took the time to explain all the deals available and helped me choose an option that worked perfectly for me. Unfortunately, this location didn’t have my all-time favourite spicy chicken, but Aman went the extra mile and helped me find an alternative. I ended up trying the wrap, and although I definitely missed my spicy chicken, the wrap was still really good! What stood out the most was Aman’s kindness, positive attitude, and genuine effort to make sure I had a good experience. Great customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Aman, for going the extra mile and making my visit so pleasant! You are truly amazing. ❤️
