I tried this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered food expecting it to be fresh and hot, but when I received it, the food was completely cold. I called the restaurant to let them know about the issue, and they apologized, but basically told me they weren’t going to do anything about it this time. Since this was my first time trying the restaurant, I was really disappointed with both the food and the way the situation was handled. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expected better customer service and a better experience, especially as a first-time customer. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I usually order 5–10 samosas every week, and recently I’ve been trying the samosas from your place. I have to say, they’ve been really good! The samosas are cooked perfectly, the spices are balanced, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. I also recently tried the Shahi Paneer, and it was honestly amazing! The paneer was cooked perfectly, the gravy was delicious, and the spices were just right. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I really appreciate the chef and the effort that goes into making such good food. Keep it up! Highly recommended! ❤️

I ordered the special plate of Chole Bhature, but the experience was disappointing. 😑 The halwa tasted burnt and was clumped together in thick or hard pieces. The bhature was too oily, and the raita was so salty that was impossible to eat. Overall, the quality did not match my expectations.

We had a really disappointing experience. We ordered goat curry today, but it was extremely undercooked—almost raw. It had no real flavor of goat itself, instead, it was just drenched in gravy and a cheesy taste. Overall, it was a very bad experience for us.

I have been a frequent customer here for a long time, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue is the lack of respect for customers' time. The waiting times have become excessive, and the staff often come across as impolite, dismissive, and disrespectful. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, it feels like customer concerns are simply ignored. If weekends are your busiest time, then the solution is to schedule more staff—not make customers wait unnecessarily. Being busy is understandable, but poor customer service and a lack of courtesy are not. I genuinely enjoyed coming here in the past, which makes this even more disappointing. However, after several similar experiences, I have decided that I won't be returning here soon, and unless the service improves, I may not return at all. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the business has potential, but customers deserve to have their time respected.
