  It’s free cone day but the machine is broken therefore they are closed… what a coincidence eh?

  The location closes at 9pm and it was 8:10pm when I went. I wanted a juice and they said they don’t have anymore for today. I looked over the menu and there wasn’t anything else I wanted so I asked if it was because they were out or if they already cleaned it. They said it’s because they already cleaned it. I asked how hard would it be to clean it again (as you’re still open and it’s not within 30 minutes of closing, you should be able to sell what you’re offering) and the girl kept looking at her supervisor with the supervisor not stepping in. No issues to the workers. I understand wanting to close early as every food service place does, but if someone orders something as they are a customer, you make it because you have the items available and you clean it again. It’s part of the job. If you want to clean early and not serve your customers, don’t work in food service.

  We ordered 2 plain cones at store,they don’t even know how to makes balls in sequence as I do work at Dairy Queen. Really disappointed,cone looks like dancing snake
