  I have been a loyal fan and frequent customer of Dairy Queen for the longest time, specifically when it comes to their ice cream logs. They have consistently been my go-to for years, which is why my experience tonight was so bizarre and frankly, insulting. At $37, I expect a standard of quality that was nowhere to be found. The issues began at the drive-thru speaker where I politely asked the female worker if they still had ice cream logs available, only to be met with an incredibly unenthusiastic and unpleasant "yes," as if my inquiry was a massive inconvenience. I also attempted to claim a cheeseburger from my allotted points, which was met with a similarly unpleasant response. When we received the ice cream log, the photo I took shows it looking completely "anorexic" compared to the official website photo of what it is supposed to look like. My partner, who worked at Dairy Queen years ago, immediately noted it was missing the signature icing designs and sprinkles that are standard for this product. It appeared like the ice cream wasn't selling so they scraped off the design. Also the ice cream tasted like it had freezer burn. When we questioned the staff, we were told they "don't add the design," and the log appeared to have only half the amount of vanilla ice cream compared to my previous purchases. Furthermore, the cheeseburger was equally disappointing; I recall these being flame-grilled, but this one tasted as though it had simply been microwaved. I understand it was within two hours of closing, but that is no excuse for such a lack of professionalism and blatant disrespect toward customers. This experience was utterly pathetic, and this location desperately needs to retrain its staff on both product assembly and basic customer service etiquette.
