- SBstephen borthMay 5, 20262.0The food and ice cream was typical DQ standard. The inside seating and ordering area was a whole different story. Upon entering, I noticed the front door and door handles were extremely filthy. (I had to use the washroom to wash my hands of the grime from touching the door handle) after ordering food, I noticed the cashier counter was also sticky and grimy. (My wallet stuck to the counter top) After getting my drink cup, I further noticed the beverage dispenser and adjacent condiment table. This entire are appeared and looked like it had missed an entire week of cleaning duties and just plain basic cleanliness. I understand normal griminess occurs daily, but it was extremely noticeable that the beverage dispenser and cup lid sleeve holder had not been cleaned in days. As this DQ is extremely close to where I live, I have an undoubted reluctance to even consider going back.

First time they sent the wrong but similar Blizzard and the second time they didn’t properly mix the Blizzard. I ordered the mint cookie one and it was only mint half way down and the rest was regular vanilla. That was super disappointing.
