- GGGurpreet GrewalSep 26, 20261.0Chipotle setup us great. But my tortilla chips have been ridiculously over salted on multiple visits. I felt super rushed. Burrito was ok.
- SBSunny BrarSep 10, 20261.0I have never seen such a small portion of food from Chipotle and they way they just want to rush you through the line. Yea I acknowledge that they are busy but there still has to be some sort of customer service provided. EDIT: Since it seems that the owners response was a simple let corporate know and and website address they post is to American Chipotle head office that doesn’t recognize Canadian franchise address I went and did my own research and did find the Canadian head office complaints and have emailed them. If you are going to tell customers to forward their complaints to head office. Atleast attach the correct web address.
- DBDEEPUL BHARTIAug 27, 20265.0Huge shoutout to Surbhi! She took my celiac disease seriously, changed gloves, and used fresh pans/utensils to build my rice bowl safely without cross-contamination. Incredible service and care!
- AGArsh GillAug 20, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting experience. I ordered a Chipotle bowl and actually found a piece of plastic in my food. This is completely unacceptable when you’re paying for a meal and trusting a restaurant to prepare food safely. Finding plastic in my food made me lose my appetite immediately. This is not a small mistake—it could have seriously hurt someone if it was swallowed. The store needs to take food safety and quality control much more seriously. I’m extremely disappointed and angry about this experience. I will definitely think twice before ordering from this location again. Chipotle needs to address this seriously and make sure this never happens to another customer.
