Staff and management did a fantastic job for us despite our initial challenges with ordering on the app. We had tried to order 2 small DIY orders for a gaggle of hungry teenagers but the website would not allow us to. I called and they said that we could walk in and they would assemble quickly and that this part of the app was new to them so they were not aware of the limitations. They went a step further by offering us catering pricing for our order which was very kind. This is our second time doing catering through Strawberry Hill and they have come through both times. Will use them again - delicious!!
Do not come to this location! They ran out of rice, beans, and chicken during peak busy hours (after work). Not sure why these dishes aren’t prepared well before you run low. All other locations are always well prepared. Additionally, only one staff member was serving a very long line up. This worker seemed new as they were moving very slowly. Manager eventually stepped in but should have been present prior to the line growing so long. This all comes down to the management. With poor leadership no wonder why it was nothing but chaotic! I will never come to this location ever again.
I have had multiple visits to this location, and unfortunately, I have not had a single good experience. My most recent visit was last night with my friend.
We arrived around 10:55 PM, and there were still two other customers behind us. We ordered two veggie bowls. While the staff member was making our orders, her attitude and facial expressions felt very rude and unwelcoming. When she asked which rice we wanted, we said both. She suddenly changed her expression and seemed frustrated. The same thing happened when she asked about beans.
We clearly explained that both bowls were different: one bowl needed lettuce and mild salsa, while the other needed no lettuce and hot salsa. However, she continued making the bowls in a careless way, adding salsa and corn as if she was just trying to finish her shift and leave.
The serving area/counter where she was making the orders was also very dirty, with sauces, rice, beans, and other ingredients spilled around the station. This is not the level of cleanliness customers expect when their food is being served.
At the cashier, the staff member (manager/team lead, I’m not sure of her position) asked if we needed a bag. We said yes, but she placed both bowls in the bag carelessly, and they were not even closed properly.
I understand that staff may be tired at the end of a shift, but customers still deserve respectful service, proper food handling, and a clean serving area. This location has the potential to do much better, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.u

The most dismissive and rude service I've seen. The individual taking the order was so fast asking questions, zero care, in the same way she gave out portions. With all half scoops, sloppy and messy. Everything was messy garbage full, napkins on the floor everything, wet floors, just gross. Never eat here.

AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE LOCATION IF YOU CAN. I love chipotle but this location by far is the worst chipotle ever. Unfortunately it’s the closest location so if I do get chipotle last minute, I’m here often. Whenever I am here they either: run out of something, don’t add enough where I have to ask them to put more, and they never have the sauce cups out and i always have to ask.
I understand some nights near close where you run out of something but the other day I was here they really upset me. I was getting a bowl and burrito and when I wanted pinto beans the lady only had enough to put in my bowl, and then she proceeded to SKIP the beans for my burrito without saying anything to me. I didn’t want to be rude so I assumed she asked someone or was going to get more pinto beans later on. By the time she got the last toppings, I was so confused because she hasn’t said or done anything at all. So obviously I asked if she was still adding the pinto beans and she shook her head no, THEN told me they ran out. Then instead of working with me she just passed me off to another lady who told me the same thing (that they ran out of pinto) and was about to wrap up my burrito anyways. I had to tell her to STOP and WAIT to close it because I had to confirm with my friend if they still wanted black beans instead since they ran out. Though she listened, it was frustrating that they didn’t even bother to communicate this to me from the get go and was just going to not add ANY beans at all and not say anything. (Also is chipotles sour cream always so watery???!)
In the future, I am definitely going to try and make time to go to another location even if I have to drive far.
