  Great food and good portions! Excellent service by Pooja, who helped us all the way from starting to the end....will come back again for sure....thank you for the delicious food.

  Rude Costumer service, they are all the time running even if there is no line. She put my food on the counter and she didn't say anything (she just left to keep talking with her partner)

  This place is so bad on so many levels. The staff here are probably the biggest issue. If you ask for a little bit more of something (not meat) they look at you like you’re crazy and give you so much attitude. There all always just grouped up talking not really even working. The food is decent but I will probably never come back to this location. I know management is gonna give me some generic response and not give a damn about my review but that’s on them and that’s probably also why this place is empty. This review is more so for the people. Don’t waste your money here your better off going to the fleetwood location on 152st and 91 ave area

  I ordered one burrito bowl today on the way to Guildford Town Centre. I have not been to Chipotle for a long time. The staff asked me which ones I wanted. She pointed one sauce which I thought was sour cream and I said "yes". At the end, the price was a bit more than what I expected. The staff did not even provide me a receipt and walked away. I then asked her a receipt because I wanted to know if Chipotle increased prices recently. When I looked at the receipt, I discovered one extra charge $1.75 for "Queso Blanco". I did not know what it was so I asked her what it was. She said it was cheese sauce which she put it in my burrito. I said I never asked for cheese sauce but I wanted Sour Cream instead. I did not want to make a fuss so I said it is okay. I think Chipotle (as Corporate) should be very clear about extra add-ons like Panda Express (Chinese food) that clearly displays which items need to pay extra. If they cannot display the information clearly, the staff at local stores should at least inform customers which items will cost extra. In my case, I did not even like cheese sauce but ended up paying for it. A bit disappointed with Chipotle today.

  Very disappointing experience at Chipotle Guildford. I visit this location regularly and have generally been satisfied, which made this experience even more frustrating. The employee serving me gave extremely small portions, leaving my bowl only about half full despite charging full price. The amount of food was noticeably less than what I normally receive at this location. I had to ask for more ingredients multiple times, and the overall service felt unfriendly and rushed. As a regular customer, I expect consistency and fair value for the money. Instead, I left feeling like I paid full price for a half-filled bowl. Management should review portion control and customer service standards to ensure customers receive the portions they are paying for and have a better experience in the future.
