  To the owner of this restaurant: please take action while you are hiring staff. This place has been declining rapidly. It was filthy from the moment we walked in, with used tissues and trash scattered across the floor. The washrooms were in even worse condition than standard public restrooms. On top of that, the staff were speaking loudly at each other in a different language throughout our visit. I will not be returning again.

  Ordered the steak burrito and not sure what I got, but this is a total dis to burritos everywhere. Asked the girl working if this was for real and she said yeah without offering me a refund or something else. Wow Chipotle, not a good look.

  I understand that mistakes can happen, and I usually don't mind if it's just once. However, this has happened with almost every order I've placed. Today, I ordered a chicken bowl, and I was already halfway through eating before I realized there wasn't any chicken in it at all. The restaurant wasn't even busy at the time, which made it even more disappointing. I've also ordered queso in the past, and three separate times it was forgotten. Because of that, I stopped ordering it. Thankfully, this time they gave me a free queso on the side and offered me a free bowl, which I appreciate. I appreciate that they tried to make things right, but when the same mistakes keep happening over and over, it becomes frustrating. I hope they can improve their order accuracy because I enjoy the food and would like to keep coming back without worrying that something will be missing from my order.

  Brutal service here. Make you feel like you are asking for gold if you ask for extra. Like 6 people behind the counter and only one girl working. Place used to be good but the service has made this place horrible and not worth it at all.

  I have never written a bad review before but was compelled today. This is by far the more incompetent fast food location I have ever been to. I had a similar experience to today about 6 months ago but thought I would give it another chance. I am so confused as to why it takes two employees to run the cash register and hand the food to the customer and two employees to make one persons order while there is a huge line. Both times I have been here it has felt like the scene at the DMV from Zootopia. Saying they were moving at a glacial pace would be generous. The workstations were an absolute mess and employees were just standing around or doing a one person task with five people.
