  I’ve been coming to this location and always had a great experience. Today I visited around 11 am Gursukhman served me. She is so friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and consistently good. I really appreciate the teams effort.Thanks to the whole team for great service! I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Could the staff please stop chatting with their friends and focus on serving customers? When I presented the order number to receive my foods, even before checking the electronic screen, she immediately said I had come to the wrong address. She was probably right; I shouldn't have come here for such a bad experience. They delivered my order to someone else, and instead of an apology, they seemed completely unconcerned. I know this is a good brand, but the staff didn't seem to care at all. I paid, I didn't get any food, and I became a fool in the eyes of the staff here—perfect.

  Terrible service. I love chipotle and it was my first time trying the surrey location today. The staff who served me was so rude and the portions were so small. Usually it takes me 2 sittings to finish one bowl and i feel so stuffed, but the bowl i got today looked like it was just half and even after finishing it, I’m unsatisfied. I even asked the server to go good on some ingredients but still she just put in a pinch rather than just regular portion size. I left as i had a long day already and wasn’t in a mood of any argument. The servers were just busy chit-chatting (thought about talking to manager for once but then realized she was a part of it already) and paid zero to no attention on customer demands. Just came across some similar reviews from other people, makes me think that the owner really needs to take some action as nobody would like to eat food made and served with attitude, looks, side eyes. It’s really devastating and heartbreaking, cuz c’mon man it’s food, the basic human need !! I feel sad and sorry for everyone just like me with a terrible experience and hope it improves:(

  I have been coming to this location but I had a very bad experience there. The woman name Gur Sukhman do not know how to attend people at all. She 's too loud and misbehaved while i was trying to pay like she owns the place. Thank you to the management who keeps this kind of employee which make customers experience awful. Will never visit this location again...!

  I ordered the Veggie Tacos. I loved it. But the service wasn't good. The person who made my tacos was very stingy with the ingredients. And she made the tacos veryyyy messy- instead of putting the ingredients properly in each taco she just spreader them randomly over them like she was making a burrito bowl. For example, for guacamole, she didn't put a scope in each. She just took a dollop put it on top randomly. Very dissatisfied with the service. THE FOOD WAS GREAT but very messy to eat. Definitely going to the Guildford Chipotle instead of the King George outlet.
