- DSDilpreet Sandhu2 days ago1.0I had the worst Chipotle experience of my life today, and this location deserves full credit for it. I visited around 8 PM, and the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The staff was extremely unprofessional, rude, and showed no interest in providing even basic customer service. The attitude and overall behavior made the entire experience very disappointing. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but treating customers this way is simply not acceptable. I genuinely hope I never have to deal with staff like this again. Chipotle management seriously needs to look into the customer service at this location and provide proper training to the staff.

The serving station was almost completely empty, and I had to wait a long time even though there weren’t many options available. On top of the long wait, my order was poorly prepared and the food quality was very disappointing. I expected much better service and food from Chipotle. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

I decided to give this location a try and I ordered a steak burrito, and it was a total letdown. First, the burrito was not wrapped efficiently at all, making it messy and difficult to eat. More importantly, the steak was terrible. A lot of the pieces were so incredibly tough and chewy that I couldn't even masticate them properly and just had to swallow them.When you spend money on a quick meal to fuel a long night of working, the last thing you want is a poorly wrapped burrito with rubbery meat. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Supervisors/ Managers as well, i don't know how this place is running with this behaviour. Chipotle is not like this they have high standards but they are ruining their business by hiring these kind of people who never welcomes their customer.
