  Ordered on May 30th @6:59PM Usually no issues with this location but today I asked for the double meat. The guy gave me 2 half scoops instead of 2 full scoops. I asked for more meat because it was clearly under scooped. This guy literally added one piece of chicken on to the spoon to add to the bowl. I literally cannot make this up. I do not recommend going to this chipotle if this guy is still working there.

  I love Chipotle and visit often, which is why I was especially disappointed with my experience today. There were only two customers in the store, including me, but it felt like the staff were avoiding taking orders. After placing my order, I was left standing there waiting to pay with no one helping me. If there isn't a cashier available, shouldn't the person taking my order finish the transaction before moving on to another customer? Eventually, another employee noticed me and only processed the payment, but didn't even hand me my food. I was honestly confused about what was going on. On top of that, the air conditioning didn't seem to be working and the restaurant was uncomfortably hot. The food portions were also much smaller than at other locations. I came in expecting to enjoy my meal as usual, but unfortunately, this visit was really disappointing.

  The staff was so rude… didn’t even said a single word…. Zero customer service. I had a huge order, didn’t even asked me for a bag. I usually go to Guildford chipotle and I just went there for a first time and honestly had a worst experience.

  I went to this Chipotle location for the first time and was really disappointed. The portions were so small — the rice portion looked like it was meant for a 5-year-old. I politely asked the girl if she could add a little more, and she started making faces about it. On top of that, nobody greeted us or even smiled when we walked into the store. The employees were busy talking and laughing with each other instead. We pay a lot for the food, so the portions should match the price. What I received honestly looked more like a kids meal. I’d rather go to a different Chipotle location where the service is better and customers are treated properly.

  The worst customer service lack of training in staff. The girl who made a bowl for me doesn’t listen what i want just throwing anything. As a vegan customer I don’t trust them they are mixing everything with veg and meat . They make sure a little qantity of food even in bowl . Untrained staff who was struggling to make a burrito wrap. Please avoid this location don’t waste your time and money.
