Weird store, had bunch of items on sale for just 50 cents but changed full price at the counter. On top of that saw someone getting everything for 50 cents.

Customer service is not just about processing transactions efficiently; it’s about recognizing and responding to customers’ needs. When a customer has only one or two items and is clearly in a rush, it is unreasonable to require them to stand behind twenty customers with full shopping carts when their transaction would take less than a minute. Prioritizing labor-hour calculations over practical customer care sends the wrong message. The situation is comparable to being trapped in a massive highway traffic jam with no opportunity to take the nearest exit. A simple accommodation could significantly improve the customer experience without disrupting operations. Ignoring a customer’s obvious need to complete a quick purchase and leave is not an example of customer care. On the contrary, it reflects a lack of flexibility, attentiveness, and consideration. Good customer service requires common sense and a willingness to adapt to situations that can be resolved with minimal effort and maximum customer benefit.

Very disappointing customer service. The young employee working at the till on June 2 at approximately 5:15 PM was quite rude. I politely asked, with a smile, whether her till was open, and her response was, "My lights are on, so I am open."it was hard to tell as she was chitchatting with the other cashier. The interaction came across as unnecessarily dismissive and unfriendly. I hope management can provide additional customer service training to ensure customers are treated with courtesy and respect. I would also encourage shoppers to check product expiration dates before leaving the store, as I have noticed expired items being sold there!
