  My friend visited Bikaner Sweets for the first time and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the customer service. He politely asked if they could provide half a piece of ghevar because it was his first time trying it there and he wanted to see if he liked it. Instead, the girl working there asked him if he was only there to pick up a DoorDash order. When he politely asked about getting half a piece of ghevar, she replied, “You can eat here.” He felt that her tone was rude and unwelcoming. As a first-time customer, he was simply asking a polite question. The food may be good, but customer service matters too. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and treats customers with more respect and kindness.

  Started off by stopping in to pick up some snacks for the weekend, and I’m so glad I did! This shop has an amazing variety of sweets, along with seasonal and festival-special items. Everything looked fresh and tempting. The service by Prabh was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

  Amazing Ghevar! We tried the Kesar Ghevar from Bikaner Sweets Surrey today, and it was absolutely delicious! 😍 The taste was amazing, the quality was excellent, and the sweetness was just perfect. We were really impressed with how fresh and tasty it was. The pricing was also very reasonable for such great quality. Highly recommended! ❤️ Will definitely be ordering again. Great job, Bikaner Sweets! 👏

  I ordered a veg thali, samosas, chana bhatura, and gajar halwa from Bikaner Sweets. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The samosas were excessively oily, and the chana bhatura tasted stale, as if it had been prepared hours earlier and reheated. The only items I enjoyed were the veg thali and the gajar halwa, which were decent. Overall, the food was not worth the money, and I expected much better quality for the price. I hope the restaurant improves the freshness and consistency of its food so future customers have a better experience.

The malai topping was creamy and delicious, making it even more special. It truly felt homemade and fresh. Highly recommended for anyone craving traditional festive sweets!
