Unfortunately, my experience with Gail at the customer service desk was very disappointing. I found her attitude and communication to be extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that customer service can be busy, but customers should always be treated with basic courtesy and respect. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with the level of service I received. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into the situation so future customers can have a more positive experience at the customer service desk.

I had a really great experience at Save-On-Foods, especially because of the help I received from Hardip in the Produce department. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. Hardip took the time to help me find what I was looking for and made sure I had everything I needed. He was patient, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about providing good customer service. It’s always nice when an employee goes above and beyond instead of just pointing you toward an aisle and walking away. The Produce department was well organized, and Hardip was very knowledgeable about the products. He was happy to answer my questions and helped make my shopping experience much easier. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out to me. Employees like Hardip make a big difference in a grocery store. Good customer service can turn a regular shopping trip into a really positive experience, and that’s exactly what happened for me. I really appreciate the effort he put into helping me. Thank you, Hardip, for being so helpful and making my visit a great one. Save-On-Foods is lucky to have an employee who treats customers with this level of respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend this location and hope Hardip gets the recognition he deserves!

I’d love to support Canadian but I’m not prepared to get absolutely screwed over. When a Canadian product sits on your shelf and you charge 100% more than the store down the road that’s not an oversight that’s a Canadian company screwing Canadians over. If you want Canadians to support Canadian stores put the effort in and price match ALL Canadian products with your competitors automatically. It takes one visitor to even do the price work for you but when baby food sits 150% inflated and unchanged on your shelf after the update that sends a clear sign. We can all see how much profit and money Jim Patterson has…. If he’s happy for his stores to charge us in this way then I’m not going to shop there. Also your fruit and veg SUCK! When I’m buying rotten food and paying more for it that definitely doesn’t help your case. You’ve lost a decade long shopper here guys. Do better. Actually support Canadians rather than chuck a banner up to make us feel like the relationship is two way and I’ll come back.

I’m visiting from Ontario, and we stayed here in Squamish for a month. Great store with organized aisles! I really liked the bakery, and especially the deli section. Shoutout to the little girl (I think her name was Gaby?) at the deli who gives a warm smile and provides great customer service! I also really liked their rotisserie chicken!

So unimpressed today!! We put a chocolate croissant and an apple fritter in a bag provided. Used the tongs to help ourselves. We get to the cash, tell the cashier what's in the bag. She proceeds to man-handle it... mushing them together.. then she went to another lady, working the self checkout, who proceeded to TAKE OUR PASTRIES OUT OF THE BAG!! Was she wearing gloves? Yes! The same gloves she was using to touch all the screens, other people's cards, etc - YES! We legit wanted to leave and tell them we no longer needed the pastries.. but we are good Canadians and didnt want to be rude. It was beyond disgusting. Two different employees breathing on and touching our pastries. Seriously!? There was no need for that. We told them what was in the bag, and we understand they may need to check, but touching them was absolutely unnecessary. We will not be returning.
