  Wednesday everything in the store is reduced 15%, including pharmacy. I bought something for approximately $25 and asked the cashier on the section counter whether my purchase is 15% off, to which she said, “It’s automatic “. I took that as an indirect yes, but on checking the arithmetic I found no discount and took the issue to the customer service counter where the discrepancy was corrected. So here’s my observation on this matter. Since the natural foods cashier has been a long-term employee and has been looking at totals of purchases all day, I assume she knew that discounts were not being given for items in her section and that she answered my question indirectly to conceal that fact. I also assume the store management is aware of the fact that discounts were systematically absent on that section cash register and as a policy did nothing about it!

  Friendly staff, fresh products, and a clean environment. It's clear that the team works hard to maintain a high standard, and it makes shopping here enjoyable. A great place for weekly grocery shopping. The store carries everything I need, and the quality of the products has always been dependable.

  *Follow up directly? Go and talk to your staff. Wasting my time calling your generic HQ that’s contact from who knows where.* Most of your staff are great, but one cashier today completely ruined the experience. Around 3pm, while I was waiting at the till, she was busy chatting loudly with a coworker behind me about non-work related things instead of focusing on the customer in front of her. When it was time to scan my items, I asked her to wait until the previous customer had started bagging—since they then stepped away to grab a last minute item. Instead of acknowledging the request, she gave visible attitude—death stares and facial expressions—then ignored me and continued scanning, mixing both orders together. 5’9”, thick eyeliners probably early 20s. Train your staff better.
