  Asked the manager to get another person to help the girl in the front because she was swamped with over 12 customers on her own at front counter, manager started almost crying telling me to stop yelling at her and she was working on at, i then proceeded to watch her move 3 orders through drive through watching the front counter girl continue to push on by herself amingst a horde of hungry people that were waiting well over 15 minutes for their items. The management needs to change of the place is going to run smoother if they are going to react the way they did.

  Ordered off of doordash and my double big Mac patty was burnt, and was missing the 10 piece chicken nuggets. Overall bad food (even for McDonald's) and even worse service with the missing nuggets. Of course I'm not surprised since this is McDonald's after all, but still. I've had much better (not a very high bar)

  saturday morning at 7 am. The wait was so slow people were leaving the line. It may not always be like this its hard to say. they didnt seem to care that it was extremely slow. It was frustrating. I got told to wait please 3 times . I just sat there for 15 minutes.

  Placed mobile order for counter pick up around 7:35am, attempt to go inside, door isn't even open. Eventually a staff member opens it, I go to the counter, an employee gives me a dirty look, no greeting, nothing but the dirty look, then walks away. I stood there for 15 mins before I got my order. It wasn't even busy.

  What a joke. They have the self serve machines but no numbers. If you can’t do it then don’t offer it. What that takes 30 seconds every couple hours. The owner should lose his franchise and the manager should be fired.
