  The most dirty McDonald's I've been to date. There was food scraps on the floor of the dining room & most booths also had food scraps. Also the tables clearly hadn't been wiped down in a long time. I'm not sure whether they were understaffed or had been very busy since it was a long weekend but regardless, I was rather put off the whole experience by what I saw. The toilets were also in a sad state. Food was fine but the general state of the restaurant was off putting.

  Ordered drive through 3 happy meals and 2 regular meals. Ordered 6-8 ketchup and paid for 4 Mc chicken sauce. Got one small root beer instead of the coke I ordered with my regular meal. No ketchup and no Mc chicken sauce. Unfortunately didn't double check the order completely before leaving as we were in a rush for the ferry. May 19 2026 at 11:25 am

  This place was disgusting. None of the tables were clean. The bathroom had vomit on the floor and cigarette butts. The Mcflurry machine looked like it hasn't been cleaned in days. I asked staff if I could have some towels and sanitizer to clean up. The staff reluctantly wiped the tables down. This goes below the minimum wage minimum effort. There is no leadership here. No accountability for the staff. This place is a health hazard and corporate needs to step in.

  Asked for Dbl QP BLT no chicken sauce, got only chicken sauce, then when asked to correct it, they clearly just removed the lettuce and tomato covered in sauce slapped some ketchup on it and lied to my face saying it was good now. So much for my good money.

  Keep getting fillet o fish with no cheese. Have to not just check orders for accuracy but now you have to look inside the bun too. To be fair there was actually tartar sauce instead of a plain bun and dried up fish this time. Must be trying new cost savings techniques. Slowest fast food drive thru I've ever been in which I don't understand because you think it would be faster to only put half the ingredients on a sandwich.
