  On Sunday night my partner and I decided to head down to TB as her pregnancy craveing is TB. We are regulars who since this locations remodel have been quite happy with the service since. Until Sunday at about 7:30 in the evening. We show up to one hello over the drive thru speaker then dead air. No "How may I take your order" not even a "Hello please place your order" just dead air. So as I awkwardly attempt to make contact like im on the Mars or someshit. Finally we get some gargeled response which may have not been English. Anyways we place our order for a Discovery Luxe Box and a Supreme Luxe Box. When we got to the window an employee was actively yelling at a customer over the counter. The customer seemed to be relatively calm. The employee was visibly red in the face and circled back twice that we saw, to continue yelling at the customer. Eventually we got our order after what seemed like a pre-remodel 30min experience. After a quick check it seemed like we had all that we ordered. After we got to the river we found out we did not recieve the dip for the Chicken nuggets, they put 4 in the box of 5? and only 1 fry. Both our burittos were the same..... We obviously didint have time to drive all the way back to TB. Needless to say we hope this location isn't returning to the pre-remodle days of terrible service. We did not recieve what we paid 32$ for...

  They took my last review down because they cannot handle the truth. Instead of fixing what’s wrong with them, they write fake reviews to compensate and I’m so over it. Again, I went to this Taco Bell on the way to Kelowna on a road trip. This one girl was stood air conditioning her hands the whole time. Bill times were running for 20+ mins. Mine was 21mins for 2 tacos and a snack wrap. Another employee was also just stood at the back looking at the ceiling. I’ve never stood with my mouth dropped to the floor as much as I did at this spot. Ate our tacos and they didn’t even put napkins in. My pants had to do. Below I’ve. Teaches my bill times, along with all the employees making fake reviews. I wonder what incentive the manager put out for them to do this. Again, maybe instead of covering up the REAL reviews with fake ones, you guys should shape up your team.

  Had a great experience at Taco Bell! The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. Parneet, the manager, was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. Great service overall!

  I wish I could give 0 stars. Our order was completely wrong. Before leaving, I specifically asked the staff to go through my receipt and make sure everything was correct. They checked it and even admitted they had made mistakes with the side items. When I asked for the missing sides, they refused to give them to me unless I paid again, even though they knew the mistake was theirs and several items were missing. To make things worse, we ordered 3 burritos but only received 2. This was a very frustrating experience with poor customer service. I won’t be coming back and would not recommend this location.

  Sukhpreet provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire experience. They listened carefully, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their excellent support and would highly recommend them.
