  So I ordered from DoorDash but figured I’d give a review anyway, it came pretty fast within an hour which ain’t bad (ordered at 10 pm) got all the items I had paid for which is promising. Got a hard taco which was softer than a tortilla which was a shame but the flavour was good not bad portions either a solid 3.5/5 taco. Then came the crunch wrap supreme which also wasn’t too bad not very crunchy because the shells inside were soft as well and the meat was difficult to find with the 1 mm thick coating in most of the crunch wrap it still wasn’t too bad either maybe a 3/5 the fries were pretty decent and baja blast always hits. AGAIN THIS WAS A DOORDASH ORDER, I did not go into the store so I’m leaving atmosphere at 3.

  The slowest staff I’ve ever encountered. Completely unconcerned about doing their jobs. Horrible atmosphere. Very dirty restaurant. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place in chilliwack.

  Worst service I have ever had. It said open at 10? “We’re open in another 15” at 10:50…. Then we go to order and I say no jalapeño and guess what they put jalapeño and I see it on the Order and say no, no jalapeño. He says yeah I put no jalapeño. We got jalapeño. Worst ever! Update: still waiting for food for half an hour. They asked if we had ordered i specifically remember the time I said no jalapeño. Ig I’m making up things. Will see what happens!

  Customer service needs work. We ordered food and once we got home after driving 30, we were missing food. I called to complain, which I dont like to complain because I work customer service my whole life. I understand to overload fast food can be. However, if I handled the way they handled my complaint, I would have been in lots of trouble. For one they argued with me by saying we didnt order the food that was missing, and that they repeated the order back to us. We did say 3 tacos multiple times and they were arguing that we didnt. From my experience you should never argue with a customer like that. I wasnt rude in my complaint. I was calm and just explained the situation and there was no effort to resolve the situation on their part.

  ordered for pick up so it was ready on my break and they told me they didn’t start online orders until you got there and told them you were there after it was already paid for and then told me that what i ordered wasn’t available. 25 minutes waiting just for them to complete the order
