  I have seen monkey fights at the zoo better organized than this place. Food’s bad, restaurants dirty, manager sat on his chair while 4 staff work their tails off during dinner rush. Don’t think he looked up once from his phone. They should start laundering money through this place before they go broke running it like teenagers.

  KFC SARDIS. First of all I want to make it clear that I am an older woman. I went to the counter and the man said I needed to order off the board. Told him I did not know how to do that. So he did take my order but I could tell he was not happy. $9.69 The time was just after 3 pm. I ordered 2 soft tacos and one 2 piece combo. The debit machine paper was jammed. I tried to get my receipt out but it was not coming out. The orders were clicking out from the drive through and from the order board. I stood at the front after my order was taken waiting for mine. He came and told me it was going to be a few minutes.. I said ok and then he asked me to move from the counter. I moved to the far side out of the way. What he does not know is I am having trouble walking due to a hip injury. So my order was up and I left for home. When I get home there is one soft and one hard taco…the two piece dinner was put sideways in the bag on top of the two tacos so the hard one was broken although that is not what I ordered. The fries spilled into the bag as soon as I set it on the seat. I am not sure but that 2 piece dinner is a combo that should have come with a drink if I am not mistaken. Maybe have a little more consideration for Gray Haired people or just in general. Some of us do not have the expertise of others to work computer screens.Over all the experience was NOT GOOD! I will NOT GO BACK.

  Would like to do no stars. Have to put a star to post,this place is not friendly,they really made my burrito 3 times and still didn't get it right. I paid extra for purple cabbage in wrap never got it,they said they ran out and when I asked for a refund the lady said I cant give you one. Then another worker came to refund then offered a desert instead,took desert and it was old and stale. They didn't even tell me they were out of cabbage if I didn't look or ask nothing would of been done about it. That's so rude. Ill never,never go there again.

  I’m currently trapped in the drive through at this KFC for near 30 min. There is no way to get out of the line. Still a number of cars ahead. This is unacceptable. I’m going to guess it’s going to be a 45 min wait. Unbelievable!!!!!

  Only one in the place at 2 pm 4 staff on Odered in person at the desk, 2, 5 piece packs and a burger. Wait 15 mins then aproached the counter and they hadnt started to prep it. I did get a free drink as an apolgy but really come on team. Toooo much talking, very poor work ethic on all fronts. Food is fine.
