    Excellent service! The staff were welcoming, my food came out fresh and quickly, and everything was clean and well organized. One of the better KFC experiences I have had. Highly recommend!

    I place and online order here and they were slow to complete that order , the order was incomplete also when I ask where are two sides she said there were no sides in the order when I show her the receipt she still didn’t gave me the sides which I ordered they were two sweet corn large sides but she refuse to gave me . Disgusting customer service from international students .

    The restraurant has been renovated and looks nice. They've also installed the self order equipment which is nice and helps speed things up a little bit. Unfortunately, the service is still really slow even when the restaurant isn't busy. If they are busy you can expect to be waiting 15 minutes for your food. We've had this experience multiple times prior to the renovation and nothing much has changed after the renovation. Food is about what you can expect from KFC and Taco Bell - it's fast food friend chicken and tacos. No complains about the food, it's been good when ordered and tasted fresh.

    Poor service , ordered online , asked me to go through drive through to pick , where already nor able to serve only 1 car. Waited for more than 15 min here. On gat hours days till 1 am and didn’t allow to enter and closed it before posted hours.

    Ordered the Mighty Meal for 2 on the app and initially only got two pieces of chicken when you should get four. Called the store right after I got home and found out, and their first response was to insist the order was packed correctly. Nonetheless, I was offered two free pieces of chicken if I came back. I ate the fries and came back to KFC with the two pieces of chicken I never touched. They grabbed the old bag, went to the back, and then gave me a new bag with only THREE pieces of chicken in it. When I confronted them about it this time, they started arguing that they were being NICE about it by giving me three pieces when I had explained the whole thing in clear words to them and expected FOUR pieces. No more, no less. I'm not getting shorted $5 worth of chicken because your store has absolutely pathetic customer service and zero accountability for their mistakes. Now, you've lost a years long customer who also knows about how poorly your place has been run for years because a friend of mine worked there. Absolutely shameful. Avoid at all costs!
