  Had to scream my order into the microphone. The worker told me to drive ahead. She had no idea what we ordered then told us to go online because they 'dont make it here' the food was terrible we ordered popcorn chicken and a large chicken tender fries and gravy they for got the fries and everything was obviously made hours ago. Not coming back lt

  Worst KFC in the Fraser Valley. The staff seems unmotivated like they dont want to be there, the food is never good and the wait times are horrendous. KFC downtown is much better.

  This is probably one of the worst managed restaurants I've ever been to tbh. I have to tell three to four different people that my mobile order is for KFC, it takes forever to get a small order, and I can see several people just talking or doing nothing when I'm the only person in the Drive-Thru. This is a recurring thing so they definitely need to improve somehow. Luckily the food is good otherwise this would probably be a 1 star. Also the amount of times I've had to ask for a fork for my poutine is actually concerning

  Great customer service by Parneet. She is the best manager they have . She is so polite with everyone. Love to visit again

  I’ve had consistently great experiences at the KFC on Sardis, and my most recent visit was no exception. The dining area was spotless, which is always a good first sign, and the food came out piping hot and perfectly crispy—exactly what you crave when you want that classic fried chicken fix. The service was impressively fast during the lunch rush, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well-maintained. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by Sukhpreet. They were incredibly friendly and patient while taking my order, and they offered thoughtful suggestions when I couldn't decide between sides. Their positive attitude and attention to detail truly elevated the entire dining experience and reminded me why I keep coming back to this location.
