  Absolutely terrible experience at this MCD . I received my fries and coke after waiting more than 15 minutes, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy — there were barely any customers. What made it even worse was that the staff was just standing around free, not doing any kind of work, while customers kept waiting. There’s no excuse for such slow service for something as basic as fries. The management seriously needs to improve staff efficiency and customer service. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not worth the wait.

  Place is trash. Not open when they say they’re going to be. Serve food that’s sub standard to even McDonald’s standards. Multiple bagels in a row, so stale they’re inedible. I know it’s McDonalds so standards are low, but again this is the trash of the trash.

  Went to this McDonalds on my way to the ferry. My Dad asked if they were still serving breakfast and all she said was “nope. No hashbrowns.” I asked for a ‘bacon cheeseburger’ and she literally said “I don’t have that.” Confused, I asked “what do you mean you don’t have a bacon cheeseburger?” And she repeatedly argued with us about that not being an option. She then goes “you can have a cheeseburger and add bacon.” I literally just asked for a bacon cheeseburger. It’s not a complex order. I said sure, add bacon. I’ve ordered a lot of bacon cheeseburgers and never had this argument. I still got a cheeseburger without bacon. And she was very rude. Overall, very unpleasant experience. Edit* I also ordered a black coffee and got a coffee with cream. Seems like she intentionally put the order in wrong just to be spiteful. I know she knew the order because she repeated back to us. Yet the receipt is all wrong.

  The slowest wait for food at any restaurant. Nearly 30 minutes in the drive through(nowhere near a busy time of day), while they inconsistently take orders allowing 4-5 cars from one lane before serving one from the other. If you’re heading to a ferry stop at literally ANY other McDonald’s on the way. Guaranteed you will get service faster

  I rarely eat at McDonald's. But I thought whay the heck, I pulled into the drive through and I was the only one in line and the dining room was closed (it was late jn the evenjnf) I asked if I could please have fresh fries and chicken nuggets, they said yes of course. They made me pull up to the window and wait almost 5+ minutes just to give me what was clearly cold old French fries and the oldest driest nuggets I've ever had. I don't have high expectations for the nutricious or quality of food I was ordering, I knew it was Mcdonalds. But what happened to atleast holding a high quality of food standard and having some honestly and integrity?? I thought franchises were designed to hold a high standard of food quality across the entire chain hence forth the whole definition of a "franchise". Its a multi billion dollar company they can afford to cook some fresh products when requested.
