My order consistently takes around 30 minutes to come out, even when it doesn’t seem particularly busy. I understand that things can get busy and that food takes time to prepare, but waiting 30 minutes for an order every visit is frustrating and makes it difficult to justify coming back. I really hope the service improves because I’d love to be able to enjoy this location without such a long wait.
- AMandrew marshAug 12, 20261.0I've taken back four boxes of buster bars now and I've spoken with the manager about them putting barely and peanuts in them and there is no fudge in the middle or at the bottom at all,they have admitted it's a mistake they've made and given me a new box each time but nothing ever gets fixed,I go there all the time and they will recognize this post and know I'm a regular customer,I just returned the fourth box and got a new one and it happened again!!!!!...I'm not even going to bother returning it again I'm just not going there again,sad because they all seem very kind and we always have a nice chat,problem is they sadly don't care whatsoever so four strikes youre out,when that McDonald's goes in beside you the business practices you currently have are going to lose you all your regular customers and deservedly so,gonna miss chatting with you all,do better your food is cold unless microwaved to death and youre cheating out on the buster bars and shakes that are so thin I had to return those multiple times too,the dsiry queen in sardis Chilliwack puts you guys to shame
