Blizzard ingredients tend to be stale and on top of that they barely put any in, even if you ask, and pay, for extra. This has happened to us every single time. Food is below average even for fast food. I think this is due to them using ingredients, like hamburger buns, past the due date so food seems slightly stale. Just like the blizzard ingredients. Restaurant itself is pretty grimy a lot of the time. Tables aren’t cleaned. My family and my brothers families have been here several times and we were initially excited to see a DQ closer to Harrison. We’d all rather make the drive to Chilliwack after giving this DQ more than enough chances. Management was never helpful when we voiced our concerns. They were just annoyed that we pointed out their sub par ‘food.’ Would not recommend at all. If you want ice cream, pay the extra money and go to Harrison instead. Or to Chilliwack.

But my wife lost her keys and their staff, specifically David, was extremely helpful in following up and keeping us posted on what they found and hearing back from the owners. Less and less you find people willing to be helpful and actually following up on what they say they will. So it was greatly appreciated having that help.
