The staff’s attitude was extremely poor — they looked like they didn’t want to work at all, and every interaction felt rushed and unfriendly. For a brand like Subway, basic customer service should be the minimum standard. Instead, the service here made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I visit Subway often, but this location completely ruined the experience. Very disappointing, and I hope management seriously looks into improving the attitude and professionalism of the staff.
