  Low end quality high end price, please don’t sell products that pass best before, even they’re not “bad” yet.

  The old lady named Qudsia working at the customer service desk around 2:25 pm (May 11) was rude for no reason. She was passive aggressive and the entire interaction felt hostile and rushed. There were no customers behind me either so she had no reason to do that. Her behaviour was unpleasant and unprofessional. This is no way to do customer service.

  I have been shopping at Save On Foods for the past 5-6 years and have generally been satisfied with the staff. However, my experience with the customer service representative, an older skinny lady working at the customer service desk, has been consistently unpleasant. Today, I requested assistance with wrapping a bouquet of flowers purchased for Mother's Day. The representative informed me that flower wrapping services were no longer available after 8:00, which was understandable given the time was 9:45. Nevertheless, her demeanor was unprofessional, making me feel uncomfortable. This incident was not isolated, as I have encountered similar behavior from her previously. As a result, my family has decided to cease patronizing this establishment.

  Very nice staff, great selection of items but the placement of items isn’t very convenient. Often come here to quickly replenish groceries. Very large.
