However, my experience with the customer service representative, an older skinny lady working at the customer service desk, has been consistently unpleasant. Today, I requested assistance with wrapping a bouquet of flowers purchased for Mother's Day. The representative informed me that flower wrapping services were no longer available after 8:00, which was understandable given the time was 9:45. Nevertheless, her demeanor was unprofessional, making me feel uncomfortable. This incident was not isolated, as I have encountered similar behavior from her previously. As a result, my family has decided to cease patronizing this establishment.
