They don't provide plastic bags. All they have is tiny reusable bag that cost C$2.5. It's a scam

I honestly dread going to the meat counter because there is a Cantonese-speaking woman with glasses who is extremely unfriendly. She gives you a blank look, then serves you in such a cold and impatient manner. I still always say “thank you.”
When she’s in a bad mood maybe, she will completely ignore you as if you’re invisible throughout the entire interaction.
Maybe it’s because I don’t speak Cantonese, or maybe life has simply been too difficult for her. Either way, the attitude makes the experience very unpleasant.

Tldr: Cashiers have inconsistent knowledge, can be aggressive.
Service is typically fine here, but had a bad experience today. Went to pick up items for Save On's $1.49 day. I started by confirming with one of the cashiers that the $1.49 price would be applied at check out, and she said yes.
After choosing my items, all of which were part of the $1.49 offers, I went back to a different cashier to check out. I noticed that the price on the receipt was incorrect, and that I was charged the usual amount instead of $1.49. I then went to customer service to request for a price correction.
The lady at customer service was overall helpful. She confirmed that I should have been charged $1.49, and went over to speak to the cashier who helped me. The cashier came back with her to the customer service desk to tell me in a loud tone that I needed to tell them about the offers, and how were they to know about the offers if I didn't tell them? She then proceeded to ask me, "You didn't mention it, did you?", implying that it was my fault for not showing her the offer, then left. She came over to the customer service counter to do nothing but publicly point a finger at me. This display in front of other customers waiting at customer service was very embarrassing.
In the end, only a partial price correction was applied, with other items being charged above the offer price. It was an incomplete solution but wasn't worth risking yet another show of hostility from the cashier.

The staff members prepare fish are with good skill and care. Fishes are cleaned and cut per your request. Vegitables on sales are lower price than competitor but some other products are less competitive. Not so crowded as T&T. Overall recommended .

DO NOT buy the prepared sandwiches from the deli here. Every single time I try again hoping it will be better, it ends up the exact same..a soggy, ruined mess. All I wanted was something quick and easy for my lunch break, but instead I wasted $10. They put way too much sauce on everything especially the buffalo chicken sandwich, which is always completely drenched.
Today was no different. The sandwich I bought was drowning in sauce, so I took it back to the counter to swap it. The employee let me exchange it, but the second sandwich came out the EXACT same way: completely soaked through, unappetizing, and inedible.
It is ridiculous to pay $10 for lunch, get two ruined sandwiches back-to-back on the same visit, and end up having to throw it away. The kitchen staff clearly do not care about basic food assembly or sauce ratios. Management seriously needs to step in and retrain their team on prep standards because this is a complete waste of customers' time and money.
